Administration Support

VARIOUS TIMES THROUGHOUT THE WEEK

Volunteers with administrative gifts are able to support the ministry of the Church in many ways. Administration support can be offered both in the office during the week or working remotely. Areas of involvement include administration support across the various departments, rostering, communications, advertising and promotions, grant writing and sponsorship, and the administration of our local and international mission partnerships, as well as church-wide initiatives such as Radical Christmas.

Event Coordinators

If you have organisational skills, love working with volunteers, and enjoy managing events and projects you may like to be involved with our community events. In addition to the hundreds of volunteers who serve at events such as Movies in the Park, we are looking for volunteers to champion and coordinate the event in the months leading up to its execution.

Finance

WEEKLY

Volunteers with an eye for detail may like to offer support within the finance department, including accounts receivable and payable, Xero entry budgeting and financial reporting.

Cleaning + Campus Maintenance

WEEKLY

If you enjoy being active, hate dust, and love streak free windows, the cleaning team may be the place for you! Working as a team or as individuals, the efforts of our volunteer cleaners keep our home looking beautiful and welcoming. Weekly cleaning includes vacuuming carpeted areas, mopping, as well as cleaning the rest rooms and glass windows and doors. Our campus requires a lot of maintenance and we are grateful for those able to lend their skills to repairs, garden maintenance and property management.
