Our Service Ministries Team is a group of volunteers who ensure that OurChurch home is a welcoming environment where family and visitors can open their hearts to the truth of God’s Word.
The Junction Cafe
Who doesn’t love a cup of coffee with friends? Join the team and provide coffee to be enjoyed during the time of connection in The Junction Cafe following our Sunday experience. Team members include point of sale and baristas.
Stewards
The steward is responsible for the smooth running of the ‘behind-the-scenes’ operations that take place around Sunday experiences.
What’s Next Hosts
The host for the What’s Next Table is the first point of contact to assist people with their enquiries about OurChurch. At the What’s Next table you will have opportunity to help people on the next step of their spiritual journey.
Greeters
The role of the Greeters is to greet and welcome those attending our experiences as they come and go.
Service Overseers
The experience overseer ensures that the service ministries run smoothly throughout our experiences. They oversee all service ministry volunteers rostered for that morning.
Family Greeter
The family greeter is the first point of contact for new families and assists them in getting their children ‘checked in’ and settled for their first experience at OurKids.
Connector
Connectors facilitate the smooth entry for attendees into the church, keeping an eye out for visitors and helping them to connect with others. The connector may also help people find seats if required.
