STARTING POINT
A safe place to explore faith
Exploring faith should involve asking questions.
When it comes to exploring faith, it’s natural to have questions. Unfortunately, church is sometimes the last place you want to bring those questions. We’d like to change that.
Everything has a starting point. Every person, every idea, every journey starts somewhere. It's not always comfortable, it’s not always easy, but it's a start. Faith also has a starting point.
Starting Point groups are intentional small groups that meet either in-person at The Junction, or online via Zoom. These small groups create a conversational environment where you can explore what faith is, experience community and they are a safe place for you to ask the questions you’ve always wondered about. Starting Point welcomes anyone and everyone, and we’d love to invite you to be a part of it.

Starting Point is an eight session video based exploration of the Bible's grand story and where you fit into it. We will have a conversation in a small group environment where you can explore faith and experience community.
-
Video – The short videos explore the basics of the Christian faith and are designed to inspire conversation. Usually around 20 - 30 minutes long.
Conversation – There is a discussion after the video where you can share your thoughts, ideas, and questions on the session’s topic. You can ask and say anything.

We run Starting Point at various times throughout the year. Our small groups meet either in-person at OurChurch, or online via Zoom. Register your interest and we’ll be in touch with the next times and dates available.

Starting Point is completely free – and there’s no pressure to continue if you don’t want to come back after the first session.
