Urgent Tonga Emergency Relief

The supplies have been picked up and are on their way to Tonga!

Thank you to everyone who donated food, supplies and finances. In only 48 hours our community provided over 1300 bottles of water, groceries, and even medical supplies.

OurChurch is proud to partner with Convoy of Hope to assist in a food drive for Tonga, following the recent natural disaster in January.

 

We will be collecting non-perishable grocery items here at The Junction through until Wednesday 16 Feb. At 1pm the supplies will be collected by Convoy of Hope to head across to Tonga.

The Junction — 14 Junction Road, Burleigh Heads

The type of items being sent include :
- UHT Milk
- Juice
- Cans of Food
- Cereal
- Rice
- Honey
- Sugar
- Pasta / Pasta Sauce
- Bottled Water
- Anything non-perishable that will survive a 2 week ship transit to Tonga

If you are unable to make it down to The Junction but would like to be involved, please feel free to make a donation into the main church account (details below) and use the reference "Tonga" so it goes to the right place. We will use these funds to purchase water, which is an urgent need due to the water being contained following the tsunami.
