CRYSTAL CLEAR LIVING

SCRIPTURE: Daniel 3:17-18 “If we are thrown into the blazing furnace, the God we serve is able to deliver us from it, and he will deliver us from Your Majesty’s hand. But even if he does not, we want you to know, Your Majesty, that we will not serve your gods or worship the image of gold you have set up.”

OBSERVATION: Here we see human beings who are 100% sold out for the God they love and worship. They are ones who remain respectful to authority but will not allow themselves to be forced into a place of idolatry in worshiping false Gods. Not even immanent death can sway them off course.

APPLICATION: I must be able to respectfully look all in the eye, no matter what their status is in life, and politely say no when it comes to their attempts to sway me off course into compromise. I need to be clear as crystal about whom I serve.

PRAYER: Father help me to have laser focus on whose I am and who I am. Amen.
